Capacity Development Forum is the greatest unique platform for discussion of key standards and practices of Ukraininan CSOs’ organizational development and strengthening of their organizational capacity.
During CD Forum 2013, CSOs’ representatives had a unique opportunity to attend the master-classes, training and informational sessions of the best experts in the field of capacity development from Ukraine, Sweden, Russia and the United States for free. The format of the Forum also allowed them to demonstrate their achievements and share their “recipes” of success; to meet with providers in the field of capacity development and communicate unlimitedly with representatives of Ukrainian and international donors.
During CD Forum 2013, organizations that provide educational and consulting services in the field of capacity development (“providers”) had the opportunity to advertise their tools of strengthening organizational capacities for free; find new customers for their products and services; share experiences with colleagues and partners from Ukraine and foreign countries.
During CD Forum 2013, international and Ukrainian donors and projects had the opportunity to become familiar with the main trends in the capacity development subject; find partners among a large number of efficient and proactive civil society organizations (together with administrators of new programs and projects); learn about new ideas and plans directly from community leaders and activists, as well as participate in the direct actualization “agenda” for the public sector as a whole.
Private (commercial) companies that attended the Forum had the opportunity to discuss their corporate social responsibility program and give the benefit of experience of its application with colleagues; find a good partners for implementation of new projects; to submit for consideration to the public its own vision of building of sustainable partnerships between businesses and civil society.
