Century Properties is extremely excited also to officially announce that top Hollywood celebrity Paris Hilton will take her first step in the real estate business and is teaming up with Century Properties to help design the Azure Beach Clubhouse. Paris Hilton will not only be the official ambassador of the project but is likewise an integral part in the concept and design of the Azure Beach Clubhouse. Paris Hilton will oversee the design of the aesthetic components of the beach club while Century Properties will be in charge of the design implementation.
Among the facilities of Azure’s kidney bean-shaped modern clubhouse are the function rooms, day care center, a THX/movie room, restaurant, game room, a well-equipped gym, Spa and massage room. Other features also include fun-filled water slides for children and white Boracay-like sands where residents can engage in activities like beach volleyball and sandcastle building. The Azure Residences will also include children’s play areas, outdoor areas for BBQ and private parties.
