Mark Wood, CBO, CASp

Mark is co-owner and principle with California Certified Accessibility Specialists. Mark is certified by the International Conference of Building Officials as a Building Official, Mechanical Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Electrical Inspector and Building Inspector. Mark is a past president and board member of the Sacramento Valley Association of Building Officials (SVABO), past committee chair for the Sacramento Valley Association of Building Officials (SVABO) Code Review Committee and Member of the Education Committee. Mark is currently an accessibility instructor for the California Association of Building Officials (CALBO), Sacramento Valley Association of Building Officials (SVABO), University of California Davis, and the American Institute of Architects Central Valley (AIA). Mark is a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) by the California Division of State Architect (DSA) and holds various certifications from a variety of organizations such as ICC, IAPMO, NFPA, and the State of California.

Paul Klein, CBO, CASp

Paul is co-owner and principle with California Certified Accessibility Specialists, Inc. Paul has worked for several jurisdictions in the greater Sacramento area over the last 2 decades as a Building Inspector, Senior Plans Examiner, Assistant Building Official and Chief Building Official. Paul is currently serving on the California Association of Building Officials (CALBO) Access Committee. From 2001 to 2005 he was a Plan Review instructor for the California Association of Building Officials (CALBO). Paul is currently an instructor for the, Sacramento Valley Association of Building Officials (SVABO), and the American Institute of Architects Central Valley (AIA). He is a current board member and past chair of the Code Review Committee for the Sacramento Valley Association of Building Officials (SVABO). Paul is a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) by the California Division of State Architect (DSA), is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) as an Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner and holds certifications from a variety of organizations such as ICC, IAPMO and NFPA.
