Provide recommendations for further sampling; and Serve as a reference for the development of the cleaning and deconstruction plan. It is important to note that this was only an initial characterization study. LMDC will conduct additional testing and sampling. ,Initial Building Characterization Study In May 2004, LMDC contracted with Louis Berger Group, Inc. to perform an initial characterization study of the 130 Liberty Street building.
