VANDYK group of companies was pleased to host the official ground breaking ceremony for the ONE88 Residences development on Monday, July 7, 2014. City of Sarasota officials, VANDYK staff and the consultant team gathered at the building site located on Golden Gate Point to celebrate this milestone event and mark the commencement of construction.
With the foundation system well underway, construction crews are working diligently and are eager to see ONE88 Residences rise from the ground. The construction start up and ground breaking was the immediate follow up to VANDYK securing the building permit and award of the construction contract to Tandem Construction Inc.
