Bill Warner – BC Warner Inspections & Thermal Imaging Services has been inspecting commercial and residential buildings for more than 15 years, serving homeowners and investors in Dayton and Cincinnati. Bill is sole field inspector for hard money lenders and insurance claim providers including Lending One, Blue Fields Capital, Autumnwood Funding, Mercantile Bank, Granite Construction, and Compass Claims.
Bill is a commercial member of the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investors Association and a former Dayton Regional Director of the Ohio Association of Home Inspectors (2008-2012). A lifetime member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, Bill was selected as U.S. Member of the Year and International Member of the Year for his commitment to excellence in the inspection industry (2011). Bill has also served as an instructor for Hondros College (2008-2012), where he taught both introductory and advanced courses in residential home inspections.
Bill is a founding and senior member of the National Association of Commercial Building Inspectors & Thermographers™ where he currently holds the positions of Education Director and Vice President.
Current BC Warner clients include individual investors, partnerships, independent companies, and national and local construction and engineering firms such as: BDHP Architecture, A.M. Kinney Engineering Inc., Toyota Engineering, HGC Construction, Onix Inc., HKS Construction, CareSource, Geotechnical Consultants Inc., Nations Roof, Wick Buildings, Garber Electrical Contractors, and (Rob) Dyrdek Group Inc.
General inspection services include residential and commercial inspections, thermal imaging, and general consultations for buyers, investors, homeowners and lenders. Specialized inspection qualifications include Level I and Level II Infrared thermography training for quantitative and qualitative thermal imaging inspections, Level II Advanced Specialist Infrared Residential Inspector, and Certified Mold Assessment Inspector.
Some of BC Warner’s larger recent projects include inspections of the CareSource national headquarters building in Dayton, Potter-Stuart Federal Courthouse building in Cincinnati, and the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center.
