The video provides an overview of a Study that was commissioned by the City of Toronto entitled “Tall Buildings Inviting Change in Downtown Toronto”. The video was produced by Leslieville Productions in cooperation with the Study consultants – Urban Strategies Inc. and the City Planning Division. The Study on which the video is based proposes a Downtown vision and accompanying regulations which would guide the review of tall building applications in downtown Toronto.
