GBA is excited to announce a special LEED-EBOM course, which will engage participants in LEED documentation for the CCI Center. This six-week, step-by-step course will give you a look inside this local green building gem, which is home to several local nonprofits including Conservation Consultants, Inc., Pennsylvania Resources Council, and Zero Waste Pittsburgh. The CCI Center–which was designed as a local resource and lab for efficiency and sustainability–received LEED Gold certification for Existing Buildings in 2005 and is now seeking recertification under the very different LEED-EBOM 2009 system.
