What makes a great project leader? This webinar begins to answer this question by presenting a project management relevant five-rule framework to apply in real life. The speaker will discuss seven principles that guide effective project leaders, and will explore the short-term orientation of leadership, with examples for day-to-day action, as well as the long-term orientation of leadership (for example, how the great project manager must also be a human capital developer and a strategist). As project managers reach more senior levels in the organization, they must become proficient in all of these areas.
